We define wellness as mental and physical wellbeing. We see it as a focus on being happy/well/having a balanced whole body and mind instead of focusing on curing disease X or alleviating symptom Y.

Spirituality fits into wellness because (in our perspective) it is ultimately a search for Balance within Yourself and/or with the Universe/Spiritual World/God.

This encompasses, but is not limited to:

  • holistic therapies or the combination of therapies in a holistic manner
  • healthy benefits of certain foods/plants
  • cooking recipes with wholesome (or as least processed as possible) ingredients
  • spirituality from any religion, as long as it is focused is on Love (as opposed to negative/guilt-oriented beliefs like “God is making you sick to teach you a lesson” or segregationist/”us vs. them” ideas of any kind).
  • psychology as a means to happiness
  • intersection between science and religion
